Arm Styling (The 5 Rules)

Also called: arm rules, arm styling, arms, styling 4

Definition

A set of five core arm habits taught in this course: keep shoulders down, lead with the elbows then extend, prep fully before moving, put the energy burst at the start of the movement, and mark the finishing position cleanly. Applying them upgrades every arm movement in your dancing.
