The 67% Mirror Rule

Also called: 2-out-of-3 rule, 67 percent rule, 67% feedback, 67% mirror rule, mirror rule

Definition

A feedback-frequency method where you use the mirror on only two of every three reps and let the third rep be all feel, so your brain builds an internal forward model and proprioceptive map instead of depending on vision. Reduced feedback frequency (around 67%) produces better long-term retention and transfers to mirror-free social floors.
