Pivot Turn

Also called: pivot, turns 4

Definition

A turn that spins in the opposite direction from a regular salsa turn. You prepare toward your weighted leg, twist back to neutral, then turn the opposite way while keeping weight on that same leg throughout, producing impressive speed and sharpness.
