Salsa

Also called: guaguanco, guaracha, salsa dance, son montuno

Definition

Salsa is not a single dance but a cultural umbrella covering Afro-Cuban and Latin styles such as Guaracha, Mambo, Son, Guaguanco, and Son Montuno. The course teaches the New York street style within this tradition.
