Also called: hook variation 3

Definition

A syncopated variation of the Hook Step using a step-touch on 'and 1' like a Palladium Drop on the opposite leg, flares on 'and 2' borrowed from Mambo Jazz, and a kick that arrives earlier in a small arc like a mini Swing Step.
