Arm Waves

Also called: arm wave

Definition

One flowing movement passed through every joint of the upper body in a chain (fingers, wrist, elbow, shoulder, chest, then the opposite shoulder, elbow, wrist, fingers). The illusion comes from one joint lowering as the next rises, so two things always happen at once.
