Knee Isolation (The Ping Pong)

Also called: knee isolation, knees, ping pong, wah-wah

Definition

Rotating the knees in and out, driven by the ball-and-socket hip joint, while keeping the feet planted. Done one knee at a time at speed it looks like a ping pong bouncing between the knees, and it underlies wah-wah movements, Cuban-style taps, and reversing a Body Wave.
