Single Single Double

Also called: single single double pattern, ssd

Definition

The first Pachanga pattern: one single Pachanga to the left, one single to the right, then a double Pachanga (two reps) on one side, then switch and repeat. The double drops down, pushes everything forward and twists inward, then bounces back up, making you travel slightly side to side.
