Hip Isolation (Front and Back)

Also called: c posture, donald duck, hips front and back, pelvic tilt

Definition

Tilting the pelvis front and back using muscle first: hips back by squeezing the muscles along the spine (the Donald Duck posture) and hips forward by engaging the abs to tuck the pelvis (the C posture).
